Very pleasantly surprised! Cozy place with top breakfast buffet and good dinner included in the price. A big thumbs up for the staff who, despite late booking, arranged to fire up the sauna and hot tub for us! It was magically cozy. Thank you, we will get back to you!

Absolutely great. Good food, good room. A special thanks to Eva who drove us to Umeå airport when the taxi we had booked did not arrive.

We booked this hotel thinking that best western was a guarantee.... Error!!!! Or rather... horror. 150 euros of a double room de lux, where the 2 beds were joined.... better to say the 2 mattresses since of bed there was only the rete.bagno tiny, no fridge, no dirty wardrobe.tent. The carpet of the hallway to reach the room with hideous stains.... Come on, however, in the 150 there was also breakfast: terrible.... Dirty tables, mediocre Quality of food, non-existent staff...
