The hotel was not generally bad, it was how they treated us. We were told to be quieter by a possibly noise sensitive man, but then the receptionist came and took his side straight away. She said she received many complaints (which is not possible even because we know those who lived directly below us and they heard nothing) and said she had the right to evict us and pick up guards if they received another complaint. We have not been so loud, but we have just talked and laughed, possibly a little higher than the usual level, but no loud music or such. The first warning was even at 4:30 pm which is an unreasonable time to demand silence from a couple of teenagers. It's too quiet anyway if they'd asked us to be quieter closer to bedtime. Another thing I would add is that it was very dusty throughout the room. The window sill was all broken. Not so fresh either. The only positive thing I could say is about breakfast. It was very fresh and tasty, but not much more than that. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
