Best Western Malaren Hotell N Konferens

I stayed one weekend at this hotel during a congress. The reception was closed when I arrived, but I found and an envelope with my name on and a key card to the room at the reception desk. Not very satisfying. Actually the hotel seemed unstaffed most of the weekend. The hotel is located along a beautiful lake, however, it's some kilometers outside the city centre. It has several conference rooms, but with only 28 rooms the hotel will never become a true conference hotel. Thus it is difficult to understand which market this hotel targets. Furthermore the hotel reminds you of the 80s and is in absolute need of refurbishment and modernization.
