‘Interesting’ hotel. Pros: centrally located Interesting (I guess) experience to stay in a hotel inside a train station Cons: Breakfast is a disaster. Not enough space for the guests. Queues for everything. Waiting for plates/cutlery Parking. If you have a hire car, we found it to be a nightmare parking across the square. The staff seemed to have no idea how parking worked. Some said it was free, some said not. Value: it’s just not worth the cost. Some of our party had literally no view from their window.

The only downside here was the slow Wi-Fi, other than that the Sarah ways excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast has plenty of options, the room was clean and a good sleep was had. Leaving the hotel only ten minutes before a train from the Central Station within the hotel I had an awful shock when I went to pay for something at the Pressbyrån when I realised I did not have my phone with me. Racing back to the hotel reception, the staff weee superb lot fast in handing back the correct door card to allow me to go straight back to the room and retrieve the phone. Thanks to the attentive reception staff, I made my train! The location is ideal for Gothenburg shopping, nightlife, train connections. museums and IFK Gothenburg matches only a seven minute walk away.

Nice hotel with good location. Unfortunately difficult to park there. Good breakfast with great variety, but very crowded and boisterous in the restaurant. The seats were not enough. Check-in took a very long time and quite rude staff, not service minded at all. Sad to be treated like that.
