First Hotel G

Where to start, it is a hotel inside a subway station. Therefore, to get from the lobby to the rooms you have a "bridge" where you see and hear what is happening on the floor below, which is where the typical shops of any subway station are located. The whole hotel is dark. Even at times when you expect there to be light, because they do not turn on the lights. The room has a direct view of the room across from it. You see the unmade bed, etc. If the bathroom door is open, you cannot open the room door. The lack of light is repeated. The hallway carpets have old stains. The system for leaving your suitcase is to open a room and put it in there. That is all, without control, without identification. I do NOT recommend staying there.

The location is great, but honestly, everything else was really disappointing. I expected much better from a Hyatt-branded hotel. When I arrived, there was only one tissue left in the box, and the toilet was dirty—it had blood stains and was cracked. I reported it to the front desk, but they just sent housekeeping over. There was no apology, no follow-up, and no explanation. The walls are also paper-thin, so you can hear pretty much everything from the hallway and the rooms next door. To make things worse, the Wi-Fi was painfully slow. It couldn't even stream YouTube at 144p. #notclean #noisy #slowwifi

Relaxing vacation, we stayed at the central station, we never would have thought to have such an experience, large, bright, and very quiet rooms, kind and helpful staff, and finally the breakfast was truly an excellent surprise, thank you Hyatt Hotel for the beautiful experience
