BEST WESTERN HOTEL STORCHEN

there are no hotel-owned parking spaces,!!!!!!!!! but you have to activate them so immediately on arrival by parkingpay or similar so that you have to pay 1.00 sfr. per hour!!!!!!!!!.... but I did first my self-check-in on arrival, which always takes longer than hoped........ then moved into my room and only afterwards (35min later) activated the parking space and also paid until the next morning.......(about 13.00 sfr) ................ unfortunately, in the meantime, the parking company secu24 checked my car and provided it with a busser (so for this 35min which I activated too late!............... I have put all the levers in motion so that an eye is closed and have also written the hotel some suggestions to simplify the parking fee handling. .......... in vain.... the hotel is not committed to its guests! worse nor......... they are not even trying it ...... even the secu24 which has fined me the bus is not ready to find any better solution........ firstly I have NEVER paid for a parking space at the hotel....... (I was possibly a little careless) ............. secondly ...... the parking space is neither covered nor in an underground garage where such a price nor traceable would be........ so...... I also know from other guests that they received buses for acting too late in the parking space...... only, plus, the hotel, which gave me an answer...to the last mail where I once again asked the secu24 operator to find a mail solution for such a parking space.... to this day... is no longer important....

I booked 6 rooms and we stayed the night there , we arrived late after a long day of work. To our surprise the next morning we realized that 4 of the 6 were infested with bed fleas! I made a direct report to the hotel and requested a full refund of the 6 rooms. 1 room was refunded to us and on top of that they minimized the thing.

I had been accommodated in the B-Smart Hotel for the first time by my company Easy to find, large parking Self check in, all simple and understandable. My room was quiet ( Despite the proximity to the train station ) and modern . There is a restaurant, very friendly service . Breakfast from 06.30. Gladly again
