Don‘t book this place. Dirty unprofessional, damaged and stinky.

This place was so bad we didn't stay and they would not refund my money. The place was very sketchy, and dirty. The hallways were dark, we had to use our phone flashlight to see the door to enter the code to get in. There was no free parking for the hotel. We requested 2 beds and we got one. The place needs a serious rehab. I wanted to take a shower the minute we walked because it made me feel dirty. There was tons of cigarette butts outside the main entrance broken glass on the walkway to the door (which didn't lock so anyone could walk in to the building).. unless you are desperate or a lowlife then STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

I stayed here with my friend for one night after arriving on a late-night flight, using it as a rest stop. The location is excellent only about a 5-minute drive from Zurich HB and right by the roadside, making it very easy to find. Communication was efficient; as it’s a self-check-in property, we received our entry code promptly and without any issues. If you’re looking for a very basic place to stay for a night on a tight budget, this could work. However, our experience was let down by cleanliness. When we arrived close to midnight, the room had clearly not been cleaned: the bed was messy, used towels were still in the bathroom, bins were full, and there were flies and cockroaches in the room. We even had to use hairspray to deal with them. As it was late and we had nowhere else to go, we stayed and hoped we wouldn’t get sick. On the positive side, the room was well-equipped with a cooker, TV, ironing facilities, cutlery, and other essentials. Despite being next to the road, it was surprisingly quiet. However, cleaners started knocking on our door from 9 a.m. even though checkout was at 11 a.m., which felt unnecessary especially considering the room hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival. We understand that at around £80 a night you can’t expect luxury, but basic cleanliness is non-negotiable. Unfortunately, because of this, we would not stay here again.
