Comfort Hotel Post

In an excellent position, not far from the station but in the middle of the old town. The room was simply furnished but very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Just a minor issue for us , we felt the choice at breakfast was limited ( speaking as a Brit) and the self service area just didn’t flow- very disjointed. I’m sure this could be overcome. I would still return here if I’m in the area.

A hidden gem in plain sight. The hotel staff are delightful. So helpful as we were there over both a Sunday and Monday holiday and navigating what was open was tricky. The beds were comfortable and the noise was low (maybe due to the clientele being more senior?-wasn't sure for the price what to expect.) The bathrooms were super clean and we stayed on the 5th floors so had to share a hallway one. This wasn't an issue except in the middle of the night- put your key card handy! The breakfast was hearty and good.

It was conveniently located closer to the station than I had expected, and just right for an early morning stroll. The rooms are clean, the staff are kind and quiet at night. Please note that there was no mini bar in the single room. They said they could have hot water upstairs, but I didn't even have a mug so I had to put up with it. There seems to be no staff at night again. Also, please note that the front desk is not the main street, but is located on the second floor from the back. It may not have the comfort of a luxury hotel, but I think the important thing about a hotel is location, cleanliness and good staff, so I think this price is a good deal with breakfast.
