I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, but my experience at Radisson Zurich was a complete nightmare.
Billing Error: They charged me for parking even though I told them I didn't have a car. Front desk promised a refund, but I still haven't received my money back.
Terrible Rooms: The room was boiling hot, they refused to provide a fan, and I couldn't sleep all night. The shower was shockingly tiny with no room to even hang a towel.
Maintenance Issues: The bathroom sink was completely blocked. I called the front desk, but no one answered. When I went down at 11:00 PM, they checked it but said it couldn't be fixed until the next day.
Rude Staff: From check-in to check-out, the staff was hostile, aggressive, and completely unfriendly. They wouldn't even provide a bottle of water.
Absolutely zero customer service. I highly recommend staying elsewhere in Zurich.
