Schweizerhof

We loved our stay here! It is in the perfect location to get wherever you need to in Zurich. The train station is right across the street. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is beautiful.

Thanks to the friendliness of the staff, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel's good location near the train station is actually louder than expected.

AWFUL hotel and experience. I don't know how they got upgraded to 5 stars. This hotel is definitely in the range of 3 stars maybe 4 on good day. I was upgraded to a junior suite and it was awful. I would hate to see what a regular room looks like.
