Palazzo

I give Hotel Wettstein a perfect score! I booked a stay here for two nights during a business trip and was extremely satisfied. For a 3-star hotel, it was truly fantastic. Everything modern and very clean, the room functional but nicely furnished, very friendly staff, and a small, already included minibar that was restocked daily... I also actually liked the breakfast very much. The selection was absolutely satisfactory, good in quality, and really tasty. My only criticism: The scrambled eggs likely came from a carton and were not made from fresh eggs. I would prefer it to be different. However, that does not change the fact that I would very much like to come back if I should have business in Basel again.

Hotel in an excellent location. The rooms are a bit old but very clean. Delicious breakfast in a delightful area of a green garden. Maybe a little expensive, but a good place to stay in Basel

We return every year and every year we find the same welcoming staff and excellent amenities. Incredibly well located and yet Incredibly calm. Breakfast in the garden is one of the highlights.
