From one paradise to another ❤️🇲🇺🇨🇭 Coming from Mauritius, an island I have always considered a paradise, I never expected to find another kind of paradise so high in the Swiss mountains. But Hotel Fassbind Beausite truly felt like one. From the breathtaking views of the Alps and Lake Thun to the warmth and kindness of Dani and Linda, everything made our stay special. They have created much more than a hotel — they have created a place that feels like home, where guests are welcomed with genuine care and treated like friends. One of my favourite memories was being allowed to spend time and play with their beautiful dogs. Those little moments made the experience even more personal and unforgettable. 🐶❤️ The atmosphere, the hospitality, the beautiful surroundings, the food, and the little personal touches all made this stay truly special. I came from one paradise, Mauritius, and found another paradise in Beatenberg. 🌴➡️🏔️ Thank you, Dani and Linda, for making us feel so welcome and for giving us memories that we will carry with us for a long time. Highly recommended — not just for the views, but for the heart behind this beautiful place. ❤️

Words cannot describe how I feel about this place and the hosts. We’ve been fortunate to travel the world and stay at hundreds of places along the way and Dani & Linda are the #1 best hosts we have ever encountered. It is an experience meeting these hosts. They are the sweetest couple. Staying here doesn’t just get you a room it gets you an experience. Dani’s knowledge of the area surpasses anything you could ever learn researching endlessly and his energy and enthusiasm for his guests is overwhelming. He knows it all. Each day (as long as you’re open to conversation during breakfast) he wants to know itinerary and will give you suggestions you would have never known about. On top of that, breakfast time is such a treat because the spread is already delicious with local ingredients for everything and im talking within a few km and each day Dani and Linda bring out surprise Swiss treats like fresh baked goods and traditional cheeses, things we would have never tried on our own. We’ve only just left a couple nights ago and I already miss them and their cute dogs! These wonderful people are making amazing memories for all of their guests and I’m so glad we stayed here 5 nights and when we come back we will absolutely stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for two days and it was in a great location and the staff was helpful. I look forward to repeating the experience again.
