Dont be put off by outside appearance as this small hotel is centrally located and has all that you need for a comfortable stay.We had taken the triple room and it was a big room with balcony.The view had the road of the Interlaken Ost train station and a mountain .This hotel is bang opposite the Interlaken west and Bus station so commuting is very easy.The reception is small and they have coffee machine as well as a kettle and tea satchets which are complimentary. The hotel has a lift and the room which we stayed had a Mini fridge which is not common in most hotels in Switzerland. Iron and ironing board given on request.The third bed was a proper bed and not a sofa or rollaway one.Breakfast was good . Self laundry close by 5 min walk called wash n go .Detergent is provided in the cycle and payment can be done by credit card.Was 14 CFH and dryer is 8 CHF Migros,Avec and Coop stores walking distance of the hotel Very good internet speed provided at hotel also you are given a local transport card Gave us an early check in as room was ready and every item like towels ,cups were given in triplicate for thee occupants. Would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Hotel well located in front of the a interlaken west. Breakfast with good options and view from the room is to the mountains. Staff very friendly and gave me several tour tips. Coffee machine at will.

CAREFUL AT THE TIME OF CHECK-IN. My husband and I loved traveling, and we were coming back from Norway when we went to INTERLAKEN. Reservation made directly with the hotel, well in advance, and an immense expectation to know the hotel and the city. As soon as we arrived we were preceded by a highly rude, poorly polite, severe, rude man, who only needed to beat us. It was four days a day, and he said it was only three.
