Crystal Interlaken

We had a great experience at Hotel Crystal in Interlaken. Stayed 4 nights in July. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is great, just a few minutes walk to the Interlaken West station so it was a great base for exploring the mountains. Our room was spacious, it had a nice sitting area and a balcony with a mountain view. Breakfast was really good, there’s a wide selection of hot and cold, sweet and savory foods. Great start to the day!

Super friendly and uncomplicated! We were able to make a last-minute adjustment to the room. The location and the room were tip-top. The breakfast was also very delicious. Thank you very much for everything.
