Stunning hotel on the river, hotel is Beautiful! Short distance to Harder Kulm station ⛰️ Great place

The terrace is very nice and invites you to enjoy a summer afternoon. Unfortunately, the rest was disappointing. Although the restaurant was not full and sufficient staff seemed to be present, the service felt inattentive and more like doing the guests a favor. The bagels had such a tough, rubbery consistency that they were hardly cuttable. The filling was okay, but nothing more. My daughter was also served a different vegan option than what was ordered. Initially, the more expensive option was even charged on the bill. The mistake was corrected, but without any apology. Such behavior and quality do not meet the standards that one would expect from a place like the Grand Beau Rivage.

Absolutely Beautiful! Staff is amazing! Free breakfast was fabulous and delicious! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Manager is lovely! Loved it!
