Lenkerhof Gourmet Spa Resort

We had already come a few years ago and enjoyed it very much. That is the reason why we spent one night there. The reception is very professional, the room very luxurious, the meal at the main restaurant excellent, and the presentation professional. To finish this stay, we spent a few hours at the spa, which is the most luxurious, with an indoor pool and its heated outdoor pool, as well as a large selection of steam rooms and saunas. The lounge chairs are very comfortable and in sufficient quantity. Everything justifies the Relais & Châteaux designation.

We chose this beautiful hotel in one of the most stunning parts of Switzerland to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary, and it was truly the perfect choice. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome and were thoroughly spoiled throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, helpful, and professional, making the entire experience feel effortless and special. The restaurants are outstanding, offering a truly high-class dining experience, and breakfast is excellent, while the spa is simply exceptional—a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The natural surroundings are equally breathtaking, with the beauty and tranquillity of the Swiss landscape adding something truly magical to our stay. Our anniversary celebration became a genuinely memorable experience, and we could not have wished for a more special place to mark such an important milestone. We will certainly be back! Imagine that perfect hotel, elevated above the village at the end of a Swiss Alps valley, fantastic views from your balcony and the restaurant terrasse, most lovingly preferred dinner in two different gourmet restaurants (coming with the best cheese buffet we have ever had, and we have seen many), friendly staff and everything falls into place. But they have put that high pressure water shower into the outdoor pool that switches on 7:30am and keeps on going automatically all day, facing off to all balconies and the terrasse. You dont hear the quiet, you dont hear the little stream next to the hotel, you just regret that avoidable noise. Hence only 4 stars and the request to the new owners of the hotel to give more space to peace and quiet when they rebuild the outside SPA (which we hear is in the making)
