Clean hotel, good bed, but unwelcoming staff and very basic rooms. The fruit salad at breakfast was fermented, so not fresh. Very expensive for what the hotel offers.

Agreements made by telephone were not kept and you will not be informed of changes.

The behavior of the reception of this hotel is bottom drawer. I arrived in my bike. There is no parking space and a fine of CHF 300 was threatened to be taken to the room. The only option was to leave the bike outside. Such arrogance and a tone on arrival I have not experienced anywhere. As a result, I was first told I can cancel for free if I disagree. When I told them to cancel the booking without much thought, they suddenly said it was not free to cancel. I really never experienced such cheekiness in Switzerland.
