We stayed here while biking in Davos-beautiful accommodations with large bathroom -double sinks & luxurious bath tub I highly recommended going next door to the grocery store to purchase for a few $ a packet of Magnesium Epsom salt bath soak for sore muscles-great restoration here! Laundry service was nice too! Food here was top notch as well. Luxurious atmosphere everywhere you look!

The staff very helpful
Breakfast was good but a shame that they charge for extras ie pancakes and omelets
Dinner was excellent although only one of the 3 restaurants were open

Very disappointed with our stay in this hotel. If you are a French speaker, do not expect to be well received. No TV channels in French except RTS1 and RTS2, and we were "kindly" put in our place, being told that there was no cable! For a 4-star hotel, this is disappointing! The beds are not comfortable at all except for the size! Next to it, the church rings day and night.
Breakfast not worthy of a 4-star rating. Limited choices in the buffet!
Received with 2 fried eggs and burnt, black bacon!
My husband, who is disabled, received no assistance except for the luggage, which is worthy of a 4-star rating.
For everything else, we would give it 2 stars.
The only positive point is the Golden Dragon restaurant, where everything was PERFECT AND GRANDIOSE, with exemplary kindness, a delight for both the taste buds and the eyes; you can go there with complete confidence, you will not be disappointed!
For our second breakfast, which was served in the room as we requested, our order was not respected, and the staff forced their way into our room to drop the plates, etc., anywhere they pleased, despite our request to leave the service table so we could eat; they refused, knowing that my husband is disabled and that we did not have an adapted table.
An intrusion into our privacy, which we accepted, but where we felt uncomfortable under their gaze.
In short, we shortened our stay.
We have been to several 4-star hotels in Switzerland, but we have NEVER been disappointed before this stay at this hotel.
In short, if you are French-speaking, disabled, etc., go elsewhere.
A very dark and unwelcoming hotel.
