We stayed here for 2 nights in January - Feb 2020. We booked a family room, for myself and my parents, as we were celebrating a big family birthday. My parents checked in before me, as I arrived late after work, but I was warned that the situation was "not good". Being a student, I have stayed in some questionnable places, but this was really something else. Burn carpets in the floor, mould and dirt in the bathroom, marks on the walls. The double bed was 2 single beds pushed together. For winter, there were only thin sheets on the bed, but this was just as well, considering that, even with all the heating turned off, the room was extremely hot. One of the bedside lights also did not work. We had to ask for a kettle in the room, and there were no cups. The location was good, although the area was a little shady at night. It was also noisy at night from the street and neighbouring rooms (we could hear our neighbour coughing). As for breakfast, where to start? We went for breakfast at 9:15am, and there was no one manning the breakfast station, it was a real free for all. Tables left dirty, people claiming big tables on their own, there was no room for us 3, so we took our breakfast food to our room (just as well, the breakfast room was very hot, too). The only saving grace was the friendly gentleman on reception, but if we hadn't prepaid, we'd have been straight out of there as soon as we arrived. Avoid if you can.

this is a hotel located in a great location that may suit your pocket in Geeneva for few days. Sevices are average including Wifi connection. you get the same Breakfast daily and few days it may be ok. but its locality is the main advantage. TV and other facilities sometime will not work and they will not fix them too. better to select the rooms opposite to the road. sometimes noisy at night and of course hotel cannot control the visitors.

Victor at reception soon got me booked in and looked after me throughout my stay. Friendly, warm fantastic guy who made my stay a pleasure. The room was spotless, fresh towels, shower gel and soap every day. Breakfast starts at 630am 700am on a Sunday so you have plenty of time to eat before you venture out. Full buffet, eggs, ham, bread to toast plus cereals. Okay this hotel is a little dated, but for the price and location, five minutes walk to bus and rail station, platforms 3 and 4 back to airport, you can`t go wrong. My room 337 was very quiet to say all the night life is minutes away. Would I go back? Without a doubt as all the staff made this stay better than some five star hotels I`ve used in the past.
