Club hotel Davos

Good hotel near the town center. The rooms are large enough and very clean. The entire service team from reception, restaurant, bar to the cleaning staff is super friendly and nice. I would love to come back anytime.

Our company has booked the Club Hotel Davos for one month for several employees – and we can draw a very positive conclusion throughout. The booking process was already extremely straightforward and efficient. Communication with the administration was professional, friendly and solution-oriented from the beginning. Requests were always responded to quickly and all agreements were reliably adhered to. Since there were several people in use, it was necessary to have the rooms completely cleaned in between and to change the bed linen regularly. Here, too, the hotel was extremely flexible and service-oriented. Even in the event of short-term or spontaneous changes, we could always rely on a quick and smooth implementation. Our concerns were always taken seriously and dealt with immediately. We would particularly like to highlight the excellent cooperation with the administration. The organisation was structured, transparent and efficient, which is a great added value for us as a company. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service, flexibility and professionalism of the Club Hotel Davos and can recommend the hotel without restriction, especially for corporate stays or longer bookings.

The room was bad. In the bathroom the lighting and installation in the shower area was so bad that I couldn't use it (can't use the flashlight in the shower). The reading lamp in the room did not work, this I needed for various tasks. There were only low spots that did not function as work lights. Daily requests for new lamp / repair were not taken seriously, but ignored and met with fnising behind my back. It ended up with another guest giving me his lamp. The reason I give 2 stars is that the food and service in the restaurant was very good.
