Hotel Buenda Davos

Top hotel with an excellent price-performance ratio. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff is very nice. The hotel operators are very friendly and helpful. Food is exquisite. This was our third stay. at Hotel Bünda. We will come back. Thank you for the wonderful days with you, Manuela and Thorsten.

Goodwill misrepresentation After an accidental double booking, which was not reported by the hotel before the cancellation deadline, the hotel insisted on full payment of the mistaken booking despite requests for goodwill. We have not experienced such an uncomprehensive hotel management and had no joy in staying all week. The only possible explanation for me would be the threat of bankruptcy of the company.

We felt comfortable in the. Everything was spot on: the room was clean, the breakfast delicious and the staff extremely friendly and accommodating. We were particularly pleased that our dog was also warmly welcome – in the room were already a bowl and a blanket ready. The only small criticism: the room was quite narrow. And the driveway to the garage quite narrow. Otherwise everything was perfect and we would come back anytime.
