Swisshotel Flims

Our room was on the fourth floor and was really an attic. I hit my head many times. There was no aircon and the room was too warm despite the open window. The bed was huge and comfortable. The heavy doona was unnecessary. The shower was small but effective water flow was impressive but room was minimal. Breakfast was good. The Ham was excellent. Coffee was average but fruit juice was exceptional. The lift was very small with a maximum capacity of 6 (very good friends).

Only the location is great , everything else unfortunately completely inadequate. There is no fridge , kettle or coffee machine in the room. The safe was locked. There were hairs in the bathroom on arrival. In the room only the bed was shaken up, the rest of the room was not cleaned. The bathroom not brushed hair at all in the shower , toothbrush glass my goodness was I believe never washed. We were notified by email that we received a code for the room. There are no contact persons in the hotel only 2 women at breakfast who are friendly but do not understand German and unfortunately only poor English. Breakfast is only prepared with no possibility to change anything and also only from 8am-9am. My biggest problem with everything was the room code we had received as mail but my phone was empty and we could no longer get to our room at 8pm. Emergency number no human on it. No way found anywhere. That's why we had to go to another hotel one night. No more Hillsite Hotel. If they no longer have their code or the appliance on the door is broken or even the battery is dead, then you can find a room. I've never seen anything like it.

Nice hotel in front of the cable car departure, the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We stayed one night in early November, too bad that most restaurants were on seasonal break,.They accept animals
