Chesa Rosatsch Swiss Quality Hotel

We had booked a superior bed room with view on the garden. At online check-in everything looked ok. However at our arrival, there was a change: we got a duplex-room which was called an upgrade. However, this room had an internal steep stair to the bedroom (toilet was downstairs). No view on the garden; view on nine chimneys (with sometimes smoke in the room) and surrounded by windows of other buildings looking inside our room. Otherwise, excellent breakfast, quiet location, good beds.

We were back in the Upper Engadine for 5 days this September and, as always, we booked the Hotel Chesa Rosatsch for our stay. Nothing has changed. The young as well as the long-term employees were again very nice and competent. The service in the restaurant was top-notch and the food exquisite. A compliment also to the young management for how they run the hotel; you can tell by the employees that the team spirit is right. Therefore, I will gladly book the Rosatsch again.
