Hotel Schweizerhof

Location and staff attentiveness excellent. Greeted us personally and showed to car park. Hotel looks tired but it’s clean and does the job. Our only gripe is price. I saw it for £100 less the day after we left. It’s worth £150 but not £250. Breakfast had great coffee and best orange juice we’ve had since leaving the uk ten days ago. And that includes fancy hotels.

We only stayed for one night to visit the lake and luzern. But we had a great overall experience. Good location and nice view from the room. Special thanks to the two ladies from the breakfast. Sneza from croatia and Su. They were so kind to our son. Also the two receptionist were very kind and helpful. We were allowed to use the hotel parking even after the checkout.
