Hotel Falken

The employee threw the cardkey and gave no explanation, and he went to the room and found that the floor space without a bed was two people (?) This was hardly standing. Water drops 10 drops in almost seven seconds, scary dirt.

Not a nice stay. Room was very outdated, stained, not functional. Hotel wanted to charge extra money to use basic things like the safe and kitchen in the room... all just to make more money. Staff was quite unfriendly. Please contact me if you are coming to Luzern, I will be very happy to recommend a lot of other hotels that are better value for money. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

This hotel is situated in a beautiful part of Lucerne. The rooms are tiny with dated oriental decor. The hotel is dilapidated, ok for one night stay. There are great options for meals near the river rather than the restaurant in the hotel
