Excessive price for lacking services – DisappointingReview: I stayed at this 3-star property for two nights (from August 1st to August 3rd). Unfortunately, the experience did not justify the total cost of 620 Swiss francs, a figure that is definitely high for the standards offered. The critical points encountered were several: Service and hospitality: The person at the reception desk proved to be not at all kind and not very welcoming toward guests. Spaces: Both the room and the bathroom were really small, cramped, and uncomfortable. Air conditioning: The air conditioner did not work continuously, making the stay unpleasant due to the temperature fluctuations. The only positive note of the property was the balcony, which offered a truly breathtaking view. In conclusion, I believe that the price paid is completely disproportionate to the quality of the room and the level of service received. I would not return.

Several times we visited the Hotel Arancio and the restaurant da capo. In the past years we regularly spent wonderful holidays with the family at the Arancio and enjoyed extended weekends as a couple. Although the hotel rooms are a bit old, we feel comfortable in this great operation. Beautiful pool complex fantastic terrace with lake view and nice furnished restaurant. The kitchen is versatile and excellent. Guild kitchen!!! Chef Roger Nanzer has been the great host of this business for several years. We ate a very fine venison back and a great deer neck. Rarely eaten such a fine game dish. Is always worth a visit 👍🏻
