We visited different locations in Ticino and we immediately realized that Villa Orselina would be the best place for our wedding and that Esther knew how to do it. From the beginning, Esther was able to direct, guide and advise us in the best way, helping us in everything. For any questions he was available by email, message or call as well as for any meetings. The Suite left us speechless, really big, beautiful and with a breathtaking view. Any request I made was met, from the request for a mirror to the request to have things ironed. Upon my arrival I found all the staff helpful and kind, the manager immediately welcomed me. The wedding day went smoothly, beautiful flowers and wonderful tables; exactly as I asked! Esther and her staff handled the guests, the timing of the bridesmaids entrances etc. The really exquisite dinner and the staff always one step ahead: they knew the names of our grandchildren, our names and knew who our parents were. Always with a smile and a few dance moves they were able to have fun with us. Esther all day I felt like a mom, she worried that everything went as planned, that we were happy and happy, she put my dress in place .. in short, she was always present without ever being in the way. The next morning, Esther spent an hour with us to talk about how it went and we enjoyed that too. Thanks to Villa Orselina, thanks to the chef, thanks to all the staff and thanks to Esther for everything! We will be back for a romantic dinner very soon. Albi & Mirco

We celebrated our wedding at Villa Orsellina and immediately Esther (event manager) gave us calm and tranquility and above all made us understand that we were quiet with her. For this reason we decided to rely on Villa Orsellina for our wedding. The structure is well-kept, the very kind staff and the chef with his staff have outdone themselves. They cooked for 94 people and we only received compliments from our guests. They were all delighted with the food, the location, the great organization, the flowers, etc.... We can only thank Esther and her staff for making our most important day a fairy tale and a magical moment for us. Thank you very much to Villa Orsellina. We recommend anyone who wants to get married to choose Villa Orsellina because you can not ask for better. Lisa & Mattia

This hotel has the most friendly and thoughtful staff! Not only is the place magically beautiful but the amenities are fantastic. Spent a morning in the spa, indulged myself. They set up a boat rental for us and we saw the entire lake! The breakfast buffet was fab and the restaurant for dinner was 5 stars!
