Only one night at the Hotel Unione in Bellinzona, but an experience that we will carry in our hearts! ❤️ We were welcomed at the reception by Marco and Isac with great kindness, professionalism and, above all, with a smile even in their eyes! From the very first moment we truly felt welcome. Very comfortable room, impeccably clean and with attention to detail, as well as the other areas of the hotel that we had the opportunity to see and that we found extremely clean, tidy, and welcoming. Dinner was also excellent, but what made it even more pleasant was the presence of Stefano who, with his cheerfulness, professionalism, and friendliness, knew how to accompany the evening in a truly special way. Leaving was honestly a disappointment… but one thing is certain: we will definitely be back! 😊 Thanks to the entire staff of the Hotel Unione for the splendid hospitality and for having made even just one night so pleasant. Highly recommended property! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Luigi Romantini and Sonia Costantini

We loved our time at Hotel Unione. The check-in process was warm and relaxed, setting a welcoming tone right away. Our room was spacious, spotless, and came with great perks like complimentary water and an amazing in-room coffee setup. The location is unbeatable—very close to the central squares, excellent local restaurants, and cafes, with plenty of parking and an EV charger right nearby. Unwinding at the lovely hotel bar for a post-travel drink was the perfect end to our day. The entire hotel has a wonderful, relaxed feel—highly recommended!

Friendly reception (in German), quick check-in with information about parking options (public parking in the immediate vicinity, free on Sundays, otherwise CHF 1/hour starting at 8:00 AM). The beautifully renovated and spacious room was equipped with a comfortable bed and a well-functioning, not overly loud air conditioning unit. The bathroom was small but functional and clean. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired, with good bread and rolls, various types of ham and sausage, cheese, jams, cereals, fruits, juice, and good coffee from the fully automatic machine. Various egg dishes could be ordered. We were satisfied!
