This establishment is a safe bet in Champéry. Everything is perfect, from the welcome to the breakfast, including the spa/pool and the room with a splendid view. The staff is very attentive, smiling, and polite. The hotel does not offer meals, but there are several restaurants nearby. I highly recommend it!

This is the second time we have come and we have been very well received again. Everything is perfect, from the room to the spa, including fresh and local products for lunch. The hotel has no restaurants but there are several good addresses nearby. The staff is very attentive. The only suggestion would be for the hotel to proactively offer the multipass at the check-in so that you can take full advantage of it.

Although the rooms are recent, we encountered some inconveniences. The beds were not very comfortable, the refrigerator made a lot of noise at night, and the street noises were audible, which affected our sleep. In addition, the bathroom blind was defective, which made us uncomfortable to wash especially in the evening. Electrical outlets poorly located. However, we would like to stress that the spa and pool were excellent, and the breakfast was okay. The multi pass card is also a real plus!
