Caesar salad for CHF 37.-, a bit of green salad with 4 pieces of chicken.... Cheeseburger served cold. A little professionalism would be good in a 5-star hotel!!

I chose Crans Ambassador for one of the most important moments of my life — proposing to my fiancée — and they made it perfect. From the very start, the concierge team helped me plan every detail exactly to my vision. This was no small feat: I was overseas with no connections in Switzerland, yet they made the entire process seamless and stress-free. That same care defined our whole stay. From the moment we walked in, the hotel felt like a magical paradise in the Swiss Alps. The staff were warm and welcoming, and we felt instantly at home. Our room was immaculate — spotlessly clean with spectacular views — and the food was extraordinary. Their flagship restaurant, La Muna, served quite literally one of the best meals of my life — the fish was so fresh it melted in your mouth, and the Japanese-Peruvian fusion was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Convenience is the motto here. Everything you need is on-site, from ski rentals to a shuttle service that will take you wherever you'd like to go. If you're looking for a relaxing escape in the Swiss mountains with exceptional service, breathtaking views, and unforgettable food, look no further — Crans Ambassador will feel like home.

Magnificent view of the valley, light and airy atmosphere of a summer so much more pleasant than in the plain. The room had a beautiful terrace with a magnificent view. Impeccable service, special mention for the sublime food eaten on the terrace of La Muña.
