Quiet, nice, and kindness from the hotel team

OnAir28419538662

Hotel in its original state but clean room, friendly reception staff, and decent breakfast. ATTENTION! We came to visit someone hospitalized at the HUG clinic over the weekend. Without specifying the room type, an employee confirmed a discount of CHF 60.— to us over the phone. We took the south-facing room at CHF 200.— thinking we would get the discount. Categorical refusal by the manager to refund the promised discount because we should have taken a north-facing room, information we were unaware of. No flexibility and no desire for customer loyalty, truly pathetic!
