My wife and I, accompanied by our two dachshunds, stayed 10 days in this well-located hotel where nothing is missing. Magnificent location and view. Very comfortable room, impeccable hotel restaurant in a warm setting with top-notch food. The staff is charming and attentive, with a special mention for Mathilda. Without a doubt and without any hesitation we will return.

Nice wood-paneled room on the north side, so on the road side, shower room and separate toilet = great. Negative point: the safe placed at the back of the closet at floor level is unusable; you have to lie flat on your stomach on the floor to use it. The mattresses are very soft and the summer duvets are dreadfully heavy; we used them as mattress toppers for our comfort, so that needs to be reviewed! Parking and garage access are difficult because of the slopes; the hunt for free spaces every day is common. The pool is beautiful and heated, but access is difficult because the steps are very high and there is no handrail at the outside entrance; inside, it is also complicated for people with reduced mobility. The exteriors are magnificent with a very beautiful lawn. The Le Fer à Cheval restaurant is very, very good, the setting is superb! We had dinner twice and it was perfect. A facade renovation on the garden side would not be too much for a 4☆ that is still quite expensive overall; we are in Crans, but still. Close to the center, 10 minutes on foot.

We spent two nights in Crans Montana in this Hotel to play golf and to escape the heat. The biggest assets of this premise is the fantastic view and the large outdoor pool with plenty of space around it to relax, almost like beach feeling with the pool bar beside. We used the small gym located in the spa area, equipped with mainly cardio equipment, supplemented with weights. Hotel offers also guided yoga classes at least two times a week on the terrace behind the pool area. Room was clean and the balcony had breathtaking view. The rooms don't have air conditioning, but leaving the balcony door open at night you had enough cooling. Breakfast was OK, service response and staff friendliness is excellent. The village center is about 10min walking distance, no need to take the car. Comparing to other hotel experiences we had in the four star range I think the pricing is elevated. Nevertheless, we had a great time.
