Badehotel Regina Terme

Solid hotel with lots of charm. Much would have to be renovated or modernized. The radiators in the room felt 80 degrees temperature and no way to regulate. Waste of energy. The breakfast was great and the staff is friendly.

only the evaluation of the spa / the terms: unkempt, green water, absolutely not recommended! Rest of the hotel I can't judge but the entrance lobby makes a good impression.

Catastrophic hotel, an old and moldy place not come home wash them, the bath was not cleaned.the rooms empty a very small bathroom and besides very expensive for nothing. Reception sour, not kind. When cleaning rooms it was a horror. They made the bed completely free of dust. And besides, they didn't put the curtains back on halfway. Ah but yes the curtains were obviously ugly, torn, only half-walked. Also I read the other comments and those of the staff who said “we are doing a renovation” It’s just a lie it’s been 2-3 years saying that, nothing has changed just get worse. Even the heating they don't know how to put it on properly we had to sleep under 40 degrees of horrible nights. Never again this hotel one of the worst I have done, I really am not loved. This hotel definitely deserves a star.
