Unfriendly staff at the reception, not very helpful in solving a health problem. Sauna and steam bath out of order, wellness area generally in need of renovation. Sink in the bathroom defective, etc. Only the service staff was top-notch. The price-performance ratio is completely out of proportion. I do not recommend it.

Lovely, calm place to relax.Within walking distance from the bus station so easy to get to by public transport. I had a lovely room with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good and staff were so friendly and helpful, I felt less awkward than I usually do as a solo traveller. Cleaning staff were also very friendly and helpful. Indoor and outdoor pool are great for a gentle swim ,and bathrobe, slippers and towel are all ready waiting for you in your room. A great place for a getaway break.

We were greeted very friendly and this kindness throughout the hotel has extended throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and very cozy. We were happy about the large and sunny balcony facing the south. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired and was stocked with many local treats. Dinner in the bright and modern restaurant was excellent. The in-house spa with its wide range of wellness options has rounded off our time out wonderfully. We will definitely come back! A presto
