We had a very good weekend at this hotel, it is the 3rd time I have come and each time we eat well there, the spa is nice, the view magnificent, the room is large and the staff welcoming.

Very pretty hotel, well located across from the gondola. Nice welcome from the receptionist. Excellent amenities: a magnificent room, a large balcony with an exceptional view of the Rhône valley, a lovely Spa, the excellent meal at the Magrappé Restaurant as well as the selection and quality of the breakfast. We will very gladly return if the opportunity arises.

After a trip, you expect a 3-star hotel to have staff present, This was not the case no reception no kitchen no guests like a ghost hotel, This does indicate that the kitchen is open every day of the week and that you could always eat or drink there. Nothing true on a normal Sunday It's a hotel but we could have arranged an apartment with this service
