Hotel la Rotonde

Where can I start?! Our experience at La Rotonde was simply extraordinary. From the first moment we crossed the threshold, we were greeted with an authentic warmth and hospitality that made us feel immediately at home. The reception staff went well beyond our expectations, treating us with a kindness, attention and care that made us feel like special guests rather than just visitors. Each member of staff conveyed friendliness and professionalism, creating a welcoming and reassuring atmosphere. Our room was simply magical, a perfect balance between elegance and comfort. It was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished and equipped with every detail necessary for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail was evident, making our experience even more special. From the first moment to the last, every aspect of our stay exceeded all expectations. The level of service, warm atmosphere and overall experience made our visit unforgettable. We cannot praise enough the La Rotonde and its incredible staff and, without any doubt, we will be back very soon!

I have been living in this hotel for 9 years, The stay went to a nightmare. We were having breakfast when suddenly the employee started to screaming at me and smashing things in the kitchen. He went out to my table and in a very aggressive way screaming to me "show me respect I or no of the guests understod this and he was screaming in a way that I was scared for my life. We had to leave breakfast. And all I got was a letter from the manager that she was sorry and hope to see me again. So if you want to have a safe and nice stay avoid this hotell, I will never be back

Basic but very pleasant hotel, quite close to the Medran lift. My son had a single room at the front of the hotel with a balcony and the room had been refurbished. It was a little noisy at night. We had a room at the back which was much quieter with no balcony and hadn’t been refurbished so was a bit tired but absolutely fine for what we needed. Only complaint was the pillows which were polyester and really uncomfortable. The breakfast was included and pretty good and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
