We would like to thank you for the 3-day stay, the room was excellent as well as the cleanliness. The food at the Spycher was outstanding, as was the service, right down to the entire staff and the hotel management. We would love to come back to Zermatt. THANK YOU.

Pros: Modern, central yet quiet hotel. Good housekeeping, towels are changed daily. Cons: The water pressure in the shower is low, which makes showering last longer. Breakfast is frugal: For this price, a larger selection would be expected, especially fresh bread rolls instead of repeatedly baked bread products.

Personally run hotel. Wonderful room with great Matterhorn view (4th floor). Stock) Spacious with balcony and comfortable chairs. Breakfast very varied with freshly prepared egg dishes. Staff very friendly and attentive. Recommendation 100%
