Chalet Kisseye

We used a travel agent to book a reservation with Chalet Kisseye. On the very same day we made the reservation - in fact with an hour of booking (!!) and before payment had even been processed - we noticed an error (as to reservation type and dates). We immediately reached out and spoke directly with the property manager of the chalet to correct (to adjust the dates). Again, this was all within a hour or so of booking and before payment had even been made. The property refused to make any adjustment - despite having availability - and insisted that the reservation was non-cancellable and non-refundable. Three days later - over our objection - the property processed our payment and then refused to refund. We are now dealing with a credit card dispute which of course the property is fighting. I understand that reservations can be non-refundable, but was shocked at the total lack of flexibility when we tried to correct an error within an hour of making the initial reservation. There are so many wonderful places to stay in Zermatt - I'd stay far, far away from these scammers.

Perfect stay in Zermatt over Easter 2021... Very nice Swimming Pool. Appartments are a little small and old furnished,but perfect for a stay in Zermatt. We loved the chimney and the Matterhorn view. Thanks to the landlord - Phillip was increadible host providing everything we needed.

Had the most amazing time here in Zermatt and staying at Kisseye was the icing on the cake with the heated swimming pool . The Chalet was perfect for the 6 of us , 3 large double rooms all with on suite bath rooms . Beds where all very comfortable with lovely clean crisp sheets and towels ect . as i organised the trip i took the largest which had a balcony and large cosy bath room with jacuzzi bath and all the bubbles . The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you needed and as a chef i had everything i needed to cook for 6 . The Lounge was comfortable and had a very large balcony with the must amazing view of the matterhorn!! WiFi and TV all worked great and had sky as well so we had about 7 British channels to watch , bbc 1/2 itv ect ect Ski locker and room on the same level and in good order Regarding the kisseye position it’s pretty well placed for skiing with bus stop just at the bottom of the path . . the path is steep but only about 30 meters and so what your in the mountains and there are plenty of chalets even higher !! loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again cos it was all good THANK YOU KISSEYE FOR A GREAT STAY ❤️❤️❤️
