Mountain Exposure - Luxury Apartments

Just returned from a wonderful week at Chalet Gemini in Zermatt. The chalet and our hosts (Korina and Panis) were ‘perfection’. The chalet was extremely spacious and beautifully appointed. The beds were supremely comfortable with gorgeous bedding. We had delicious meals every day and nothing was too much trouble for our wonderful hosts! All logistics ran flawlessly from the moment we parked our car in Tasch to collecting it again a week later. We would highly recommend this chalet and Mountain Exposure as a Company.

We stayed at Heinz Jules loft for our daughter’s birthday. The loft is incredible! Industrial design is perfectly combined with mountain’s coziness. Our guest were all super confortable in the loft, with the fireplace, jacuzzi, sauna and all Heinz Julen artworks ✨ Mountain Exposure Luxury have been super professional and pleasant and did its best to make our stay a memorable one for our daughter’s 18th birthday!

Pre-Covid, we booked a trip with this company. We had to cancel because of an injury to a family member. The company re-funded us 50%, re-booked the room (100% non-refundable) and then refused to rebate the second half (per their policy). They provided no reason other than Covid, but they did admit that they had re-booked the rooms and kept both payments. Months of discussions ensued (via travel agent) and they have refused payment. I would certainly recommend travel insurance, but I would also appreciate it if companies actually honored their own refund policies. This company did not, and that makes them a company I would not do business with.
