REX

We stayed there for two nights and really liked it. The room was really good, having view to Matterhorn. The breakfast is outstanding, with the bread of very high quality. We loved it. Staff are super friendly. Pick-up service from train station works well. If I come back to Zermatt, I will stay at this hotel.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Rex. Beautiful hotel and the hospitality was outstanding. Such friendly, helpful staff and they all went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. Only snag the workman starting work outside our bedroom window at 7am every morning, but that couldn’t be helped.

The Rex offers a blend of classic style enhanced with some modern elements, which together create a truly comfortable atmosphere. Beautiful garden with a cocktail bar and occasional grill events. First-class breakfast, pleasant spa, and very friendly staff make the stay very enjoyable. And then there’s the in-house bakery… it smells and tastes fantastic!
