Great deep bath, early check-in, friendly staff, big balcony, great lighting in bathroom

Lovely hotel bed and breakfast,the room was lovely with a balcony and wonderful views . The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice Chrisanthi was so helpful and lovely. Just a pity the bar was closed! There is a beautiful restaurant 2 doors down,which served the most delicious food.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Zermatt train station, located on a side street off the main road through Zermatt. As a result, the rooms are quiet, although you can immediately step out of the hotel into the hustle and bustle of a tourist city. It is cozily furnished and offers enough closet and storage space in the room and bathroom. A bit more light in the room would be desirable. Everything is clean and the beds are comfortable. The receptionist is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Due to her open, friendly nature, one feels immediately welcome as a guest. The breakfast buffet is okay. However, the scrambled eggs did not look very appetizing, the coffee was quite watery, and the two staff members seemed to be just two, so they wouldn't get bored. They certainly did not come up with the idea to ask the guests if everything is alright or if they have any further wishes. With the hotel prices, I do expect a bit more. For one night, it is quite good to stay here.
