I chose the hotel because the rooms are described as having air conditioning. Unfortunately, I had to endure a very unpleasant sleepless night there because the air conditioning in my room did not work, and I learned that it does not work properly throughout the entire hotel during hot outside temperatures. I informed the hotel management, and the response was that the temperature that night was between 20 and 25 degrees; therefore, my non-invented complaint was not even taken seriously.

+ Modern hotel, conveniently located near the central train station. + The room was very spacious. - Unfortunately, the staff, in my opinion, seemed unmotivated and unprofessional. - I never saw a single smile. When I made a legitimate complaint at reception about the breakfast, I was simply told that there was nothing they could do. To make matters worse, the receptionist even shrugged her shoulders, as if she didn’t care about the situation at all. - Breakfast costs CHF 20 per person, which is far too expensive considering there were no fresh products available. The coffee machine was not working properly, and to top it all off, while we were still having breakfast, our table was cleared away and our hotel key cards were taken from the table. We ended up standing there with an egg in our hands but no table to sit at! -The only response we got was, “Yes, no problem!” 😅😂 Their level of English was also quite poor.

When I saw the amenities, it said air conditioning but when I got there, they mentioned it depends on the months when we can turn it on. This means leaving the window open just to stay comfortable but doing so means allowing the noise of the busy street to come in the room. The receptionists were also very very rude and cold. WORST STAY EVER.
