Hotel Du Marche

Nothing fancy, but it was a clean room, good rates, pleasant staff. Easy walk to groceries, many restaurants & near bus stops. Breakfast was okay but you can get better options for less at local cafes. Off the main road so it was quiet. Would stay again.

The owner of the hotel doesn't give a damn that the hotel's metal shutters slam whenever there is wind. The whole neighborhood is complaining about it. Customers forget to fix them, and as soon as there is wind, they flap and we can hear them 200 m away. If you are a customer and want some peace on a windy day, good luck. You won't sleep a wink all night. Le propriétaire de l’hôtel n’en a rien à f… que les volets de l’hôtel , en métal, claquent des qu’il y a du vent. Tout le quartier s’en plaint. Des clients oublient de les fixer, et des qu’il y a du vent , ils claquent et on les entend à 200 m. Si vous êtes clients et que vous souhaitez avoir la paix un jour de vent, bonne chance. Vous ne fermerez pas l’œil de la nuit.

Fab, clean accommodation. Slightly quirky with brilliant location and excellent value for money. Would highly recommend. We had a family room with a large double bed and 2 full-size singles. There was also a private bathroom and a little kitchen which was adequate for making breakfast and light meals. Also a fab real coffee machine.
