NH Zurich Airport Hotel

The photo was misleading…the front of the hotel was dirty. Old furniture in the lobby that obviously came from a thrift store. Hotel employees not looking like they work for a hotel chain.. The room was not what we requested…the bathroom sink leaked and flooded the floor.. the shower drain was stopped up…the bathroom also had a fecal smell..towels were small and very thin. The bedding sheets were clean but the pillows had yellow stains on them..the room had no air conditioning only a very cheap fan…the refrigerator was very dirty.. The hotel was terrible..the staff was very argumentative and made no effort to make the situation right.. The hotel CEO should come and see what this hotel is doing that affects the rest of the hotel chains… I will never use this Hotel chain again. Shame on the CEO for not checking on the quality of the hotels he is supposedly taking care of….

Horrible hotel and staff. Reserved a double bed room and when we checked in was told there was a problem with the door lock and the only room available had two single beds. All rooms have no air conditioning. Our room had a smell, there was water standing under the bathroom sink, the bathroom sink and shower wouldn't drain. When I reported it to the front desk I was told they had no more rooms but when I asked for a refund and said i would go someplace else they suddenly found another room. We had planned to stay for two nights but decided we had had enough of this place and asked for a refund for the second night and I asked to speak to the hotel manager. The clerk said the manager was not available and they would not give a refund. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Run away. Run far away.

This hotel does not deserve a star. It is the worse hotel I have ever stayed at. The worse part is that staff does not care nor wish to help. I would run from this hotel and pay a little extra. Reasons for not staying: bedding is very dirty, the bathroom floods from shower, black mold in shower area, refrigerator smells so bad you do not want their free drinks, no trash can (they do not want your trash), no baggage storage as listed on their website, did not feel clean.
