rent-a-home Eptingerstrasse

This company and "Kind of Hotel" are shocking and let down the Swiss Quality brand. The apartment I had was dirty. Poorly equipped and not what I expected. Very angry and disappointed with the service team I have been dealing with

It's a scandalous apartment. In addition to the fact that it smells like old smoke, the beds are broken, the sofas are dirty and the room doors do not close properly, the shower is also broken and old, the water does not drain into the sink and it is not possible to live independently without first a large part of basic element such as a coffee maker or kettle must be purchased. It is dirty and very noisy. The upstairs neighbors can be heard word for word and when they walk the ceiling vibrates. The bathroom is unprotected from the outside and can be viewed from inside. There was no hot water and the customer service is unfriendly and curt. In short, don't do it!

Don't book in times of Covid, not even with a cancellation option! If there are any last minute setbacks (e.g. close contact confinement, change in the conditions of access to Switzerland...) as cancellation in the week before departure is no longer an option for the accommodation, you will find yourselves stranded, usurped and defenceless. Neither this accommodation nor the Booking portal are going to do anything to agree even a change of dates: why would they show any empathy for the situation, if they are in a position of power and we the clients are in a position of total helplessness? They take 100% of your money (which is not a small amount, as it is Switzerland) and they don't even want to hear any other language than taking your money without having offered you any service in return. That's all they know how to do. What an unbearable abuse!
