Such a lovely boutique hotel. Brilliant location and staff were amazing - Super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was so nice, served in a gorgeous breakfast room on the first floor. I would highly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Zurich. Perfect base for discovering the old town and its fantastic restaurants.

Our arrival in Zürich was at night and via a private transfer. Although I had made the hotel reservation knowing its qualities and location, we were surprised to see the doors closed and no one in sight. I must confess that it made us nervous. Thanks to the intervention of the transport provider, they were able to contact the manager who explained how to access the hotel: 2 types of keys after entering a code. The same situation as Bed & Breakfasts, but this hotel is not one of them. Given the concern generated and the time (midnight), we called our travel agent and everything was resolved. It is a situation that is occurring in many establishments in Europe. The next morning, everything was correct. Very good service, easy explanation for opening and closing the access doors and entering the room. Comfortable room, well-equipped, and magnificent breakfast. What bread!!! I also highlight the location very close to Lake Zürich and other relevant attractions in the city. Sending data via email to the hotel stating the day and time of arrival is, I believe, the best recommendation to avoid what happened. Thanks to those who contributed their best disposition to make our stay in this beautiful city very pleasant.

Outstanding service by wonderful staff. Our plane arrived very early and we went straight to the hotel to drop off our luggage, and to our delight and surprise the wonderful Nadine, rearrange the rooms so we could check in immediately. They were so friendly and couldn’t have been anymore helpful. The room was small, but clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.
