Avoid this so-called apartmens. It's dirty, smelly with broken furniture. Obviously they put fake photos on internet pages because it's totally different when you come there. The person who gave us the key came late and he said that the room is not clean even though we came after the time they wrote us to come and get the key. He didn't want to give us another room or give us our money back. The room was in a condition like the previous guests left the room 5 minutes before we came. After we demand that we want another room the person who gave us the key called somebody and the cleaning lady came. She was eating some pastry leaving crumbs all over room and in the trolley where she held so called clean bed sheets and towels there was dirty dust cloth laying on top of towels and bed sheets. There was no soap in the bathroom and under the window, there were dust bins. The room was also quite dark. We slept in our clothes because we were disgusted with the hygiene of the room. Plus, it's smelled awful, like those hospitals where people come to die and the building hole was also very dirty. Iz deserves under 0 stars and I will try to find to whom in Switzerland I can report this people because they are obviously cheating people. So BIG NO to this.

Unfortunately I can only tell of a bad experience, I found the room with the shutter broken and stored above the closet, there was only a very fine and transparent curtain completely useless. I was visible to anyone outside with no possibility of privacy and impossible to rest in the morning after dawn because the room was lit up by day. In addition, the pillow was tiny and low, there was no soap to wash in the shower and even hands at the sink, in the 4 days of stay never was carried out the room cleaning service and towel change. I immediately contacted the structure reporting the serious problem of the shutter but they did not give me the opportunity to change rooms or even a solution to the problem, they refused to make any kind of refund despite the room they rented me was not up to standard and should not have been available yes customers. But despite that they took my money full price as a perfectly habitable room

Bof: it is quite dusty (dirty curtains), noisy, not clear to access the keys, no electricity in the evening in the shower room. At this price, take airbnb!
