Apartments Swiss Star Universitatstrasse

The facilities at these apartments do not meet standards regarding cleanliness, order, or proper functionality. It is disgraceful, especially considering they are apartments in Switzerland. The photos bear no resemblance to reality; it looks like a low-end hostel. It is not recommended at all.

Very disappointing experience. The television was without a remote control, there was no air conditioning, and the shower was without a curtain. Overall, the structure is quite different from what is shown in the photos published online. The images used for the booking do not reflect reality. For these reasons, I do not feel comfortable recommending this structure and advise caution before booking.
