Hotel Swiss Star

This is our second stay here as a family. We were welcomed back by Elisandra at the Front Desk fixed everything for us. She is just amazing and has made us very happy guests. Thank you Elisandra, we will be back because of you!

The Hotel is off the track and outside of Main Zurich. The rooms are cramped with no space to move. Telephone and other electronic equipment's were not working. Near to business centre . No near by market apart from a big retail shop. Distance from the train station is approximately 800 meters.

Reception friendly and helpful. Room in concrete wood look is a matter of taste, bathroom is top. Breakfast buffet is worst mass-produced for 24.- francs. Staff behind the curtain on gossip, crumbly baked bread, muddy weed, scrambled eggs from the tetrapack, fruit very hidden. In retrospect, I would book without breakfast and enjoy a delicious breakfast with fresh bread with the money saved in the neighboring Café Steiner.
