We were sent here due to our flight being cancelled.A family of 3 amd we were sent in seperate rooms. The carpet is filthy with stains everywhere. Rooms smell of cigerette smoke and wimdows are.broken. Kept up through the night with noise. Fortunately the bed sheets were clean

The location of the hotel was crucial when we booked. With about 10min walk from the old town / a few minutes by bus to reach. McDonalds directly across the street (for those who like). The rooms are very functional but clean. Somewhat “dark” – even the corridors. The staff at the reception was very nice and friendly. Breakfast can be saved- just doesn't taste good (coffee was quite bad, the rest so lala)

The hotel is a 10 min walk from the centre of Winterthur and its station. There is a frequent bus service outside. Zurich lake can be reached by train in under 20 mins and the Airport in about 15 by train. The hotel is next to a McDonalds and petrol station supermarket. My room was clean, the bed comfortable and was air-conditioned. The breakfast offering was good with some hot food.
